About Carol
I came to real estate the long way around.
For years I coordinated projects and took care of other people’s families — work that’s mostly about paying attention, staying organized, and making sure nothing slips while someone’s life is in motion. It turns out that’s most of what this job is too.
I got my Texas license in 2026 and joined Local Realty Agency of Fort Worth. I live in Godley, where I spend more time than is probably reasonable trying to grow things in a suburban backyard.
What you can actually expect from me
I’m newer to this business than a lot of agents, and I’d rather tell you that outright than dress it up.
Here’s what it means in practice. You’re not one of forty clients. I answer my phone. I do the homework before you have to ask for it. And when I don’t know something — which happens — I find out and tell you the real answer instead of the confident-sounding one.
A house is the largest thing most people ever buy or sell. You should have someone in it with you who isn’t rushing.
Where I work
I know Johnson County because I live here. Godley, Cleburne, Joshua, Burleson — these are my roads, my school district, my drive into Fort Worth.
I also work across Tarrant, Parker, and Denton counties, from Fort Worth out to Aledo and up to Flower Mound, Southlake, Argyle, and Bartonville.
I have a particular soft spot for land. If you’re after room to breathe — an acre or two, a shop, space for animals or a garden — that’s the search I enjoy most, and the one I’m building my career toward.
Outside of real estate
I host retreats — a ministry built around rest, faith, and making space for people to step away for a few days. They’re held in a different place each time.
Let's talk
No script, no pressure. Tell me what you’re thinking about and I’ll help you think it through.
