Carol Tune Real Estate SMS Program, operated by Carol Tune, a licensed Texas real estate agent (TREC #0854512) with Local Realty Agency of Fort Worth.
Program Description
After you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send text messages about your real estate inquiry, property updates, market information, appointment scheduling, and transaction communications.
Consent
By opting in, you authorize Carol Tune and Local Realty Agency of Fort Worth to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, requested updates, and transaction activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
